Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 48 hours of receipt of your order and payment, for items in stock. If we are temporarily out of stock of a particular item, we will try to advise customers of the delay on our website at the time of ordering.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
UK parcels are sent via royal mail or parcelforce and overseas orders usually via Air Mail unless package is too large, in which case suitable alternative will be found.
Payments

UK buyers can also pay by cheque or postal order: simply print out your Order during the checkout process or from the Orders section under the Customer Menu and send it along with your payment to the address Snowpaw Ltd, Stringers Farm, Stringers Common, Guildford, Surrey, United Kingdom, GU1 1JR. (Clearance period required for cheques before despatch.) All cheques to be made payable to Snowpaw Ltd.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us . If items are received damaged, please contact us by e-mail before returning them and keep the packaging as this may be needed in order to claim from the postal authorities. We will happily replace wrong sized Clothing orders for the correct size if goods returned to us in perfect condition. We will refund in full any goods that are received damaged, providing you keep the item and all the packaging the item was sent in for us to review. We will also refund any return costs incurred as the result of receiving an item damaged in transit.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed with us we aim to have it sent out to you as quickly as possible. You may cancel your order if you change your mind, however, if we have already dispatched it to you, please return it to us unopened and we will refund all charges in full.
UK Standard Service:
Spend under £10, P&P = £2.50
Spend over £10, but under £20, P&P = £3.75
Spend over £20, P&P = £4.75

Recorded Delivery:
This signed for delivery service is available with either our Priority or Standard Service. Available for UK deliveries only, it adds an extra 66p to your postage cost.
Special Delivery:
This service is available for UK deliveries only and requires a signature upon delivery. The cost for this service is dependent upon the weight of your parcel and is only available for packages up to a maximum weight of 10kg. Prices start at £3.85 and increase accordingly. Please note that while we make every effort to get your order out on the same day, if you place it after midday there is a possibility that it will be sent the following day.
UK Priority Service:
Add £1.50 to each above price band.

REST OF THE WORLD: If you are ordering outside of Europe, please e-mail us your order and we will confirm the delivery cost of your order on an individual basis.
